The world of the child

Each school is based on the experiences of the child '.
This means that the (wide) world that needs attention in education. That world is indeed at the school in children's feet.

The perception of the child involves more than life at home, at school and in the neighborhood. In many ways urges the wide world through the lives of children:

  • The neighbor of Rick comes from Afghanistan.
  • Miranda goes on holiday to Morocco.
  • Hassan will participate in the Ramadan.
  • Malika sees in the children's news that there is war in Africa.
  • The mother of Anna collects for the earthquake victims in Indonesia.
  • The brother of Kai goes a year studying in Mexico.
  • The newspapers are full on climate change.
  • Our oranges come from the warm south and the polar bear in the zoo comes from the north.

Children also live in a global village. Based on the experiences of the child means (also) focus on global citizenship.
