Maryse: "Luckily I have my clothes yet."

What we have in the Netherlands to deal with people further away, in developing countries? Fortunately, this question is close to home to answer. Maryse shows what remains of her bedroom as there is no 'outside' would be. Then comes the question of children in Suriname, Brazil, Indonesia and the Netherlands: So what is better, stuff 'here' buy stuff 'there'. The answers of the children explain the nuances clearly exposed.

Martin: "We need a water pump."

Martin (14 years) with his friends made a video about the drinking water problem in Embu. The video can be a large audience: at conferences, on TV channels and on YouTube. A large audience creates support for change. He gives his knowledge to the reporters samsam.

Rukia: "I website builder is."

Rukia is a training website builder with Nairobits later so they can start her own business.

Many international organizations are working with organizations in developing countries that are for development, human rights and sustainability efforts. Nairobits is a good example. Nairobits has several multimedia projects in Nairobi, Kenya. They work with local banks and telephone companies.
