Global issues outside the methods
Teachers pay attention to war and peace, global cooperation and trade.
In the context of "global engagement, peace and conflict," for example, teachers can focus on the following topics and questions:
- What did you ever fight? What can countries are fighting?
- How to solve disputes on? What can the Netherlands do if other countries make war with each other?
- International agreements: which countries make agreements with each other?
- Child labor: what happens and what can we do about it?
- Fair Trade: what is 'fair' trade?
- Where can you identify products that are 'fair' are produced?
